This is a full-time on-site role for a Shop Fabricator based in Reno, NV. The Shop Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing sheet metal products & roofing materials made in house. Core duties include handling sheet metal materials, using hand tools and specialized machinery, performing welding and metalworking tasks, and ensuring the quality and precision of all finished products. The role may also involve collaborating with team members on various construction projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling and operating Hand Tools and working with Sheet Metal

• Experience in Metalworking and Welding

• Familiarity with metal fabrication techniques for specialized applications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet rigorous quality standards

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or construction plans

• Physical stamina and the capability to work in various environmental conditions

• Prior experience in a sheet metal or roofing-related role is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; relevant certifications are a bonus
